Returns

You may return your SO Noire swimwear for any reason provided you have adhered to the below requirements.

Contact with customer care for an exchange or return must be made within 7 days of receipt of your item. Item must be received no later than 14 days. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after this period. We recommend you try on your item as soon as you receive it to ensure you have sufficient time to exchange or return.

When trying on your item underwear must be worn. Your item will arrive with tags stating ‘In order to return or exchange this item this tag must not be removed. Underwear must be worn when trying on and the protective hygiene strip must remain in place.’ We will not accept any item that is returned without these tags. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if we believe the item has not been returned in its original condition. This includes items we believe to be have been worn and washed.

If for any reasons you would like to return your SO Noire swimwear please email customercare@sonoire.com.au for an allocated Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please download our Returns Form and complete and email back to us so we can allocate your RA number. You must notify us for the reason and if you require an exchange or refund. Please also include your order number on the form.

Please write your RA number on the completed form and include with your package to ensure we can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.

Once returned item is received and reviewed, exchanged item or refund amount will be sent to you within 5 days. Your refund amount will be minus the cost of shipping which is $15 for overseas purchases and $10 for purchases within Australia. Please note we cannot guarantee the availability of an exchanged item.

Discounted and sale items are non-refundable for incorrect choice, however, we do offer size exchanges.

SO Noire is not responsible for the cost of shipping on items returned.

SO Noire is not responsible for lost packages during returns. Please use a registered postal service to keep track of your returns.
